A
The Gateway Inn’s future is bright as we have two major construction projects currently in design that will tremendously improve the quality of service for our guests. A new 250 room Visiting Quarters (VQ) project will be built where our cottages on California Avenue once stood. In addition, a new 50 unit Temporary Lodging Facility (TLF) will be built across the street from the AAFES Four Seasons Shoppette. Completion scheduled for FY 10/11. During the demolition of our old facilities and construction of our new facilities, space availability will be extremely limited. We trust that these construction projects will significantly improve the quality of life for personnel in TDY and PCS status.
