new policy letter issued by the 316 AW Installation Commander is
attached along with required fund raising approval forms. All fund
raising events must be submitted to 316 Services Squadron, bldg 1535,
room B203 for coordination to the appropriate office for approval at
least two weeks prior to the event. Unusual fund raising events
require at least three weeks for coordination and approval requirements.
IAW AFI 34-223 and the attached policy
letter, private organization/unofficial activities may engage in
occasional sales for fund raising purposes like bake sales, dances,
carnivals, or similar occasional functions (not more than two per
quarter).
316 SVS Resource Management Flight
maintains the car wash calendar; the season will begin 1 May and run
through 30 September 2008. Any Andrews' private organization
