There should be icons on the computer desktop for each database. If not, simply go to the web address listed for the database of interest and follow the instructions to gain access. 

This site provides numerous tools for searching colleges and graduate schools, scholarships and other financial aid and distance learning opportunities. Additionally, you may view online books and practice tests at no cost to you! You may view this site on your home computer as well.

This database provides country-specific geopolitical intelligence on each of the 192 countries of the world.  CountryWatch includes four components :
 Country Reviews: semi-annually updated political, socio-demographic, economic and environmental reports on each country
 Country Wire: country-by-country news service with a year's archive of news articles from 12 international news services
 CountryWatch Data: international economic, socio-demographic database for cross-national statistical comparisons and GIS mapping
 CountryWatch Map Gallery:  presents CountryWatch Data as thematic world maps and also offers physical, political and political risk maps.

FACTS.com answers questions about events, issues, statistics and people of the last 20 years by providing complete content from the Facts On File World News Digest since 1980 and selected content from six other core reference databases. Also available from FACTS.com are maps, photographs, historic documents, and overviews of key issues, newsmakers and events since 1980.

FirstSearch is a comprehensive reference service with a collection of more than 75 databases. Included are links to the World Wide Web, full-text and full-image articles from several thousand journals, and ready-reference tools such as almanacs, directories and encyclopedias.

This collection of databases includes information on the computer industry, health and wellness, and general interest topics such as current events and popular culture. Additionally, one database helps users find long-remembered favorite books, discover award-winning titles, and uncover new books in their favorite genres or by their favorite authors.

The Air Force Library Information System provides an eBook collection through netLibrary. This collection includes books on many subjects, with an emphasis on reference and military history. In addition to the collection of copyrighted eBooks available, patrons have access to more than 4,000 public domain eBooks. You may search the entire Air Force Library Information System eBook collection using authors, titles, or keywords.  eBooks are available for 24-hour checkout and are automatically checked back into the collection when the loan period expires. You may access these eBooks here in the Computer Lab, as well as from your home computers via the Internet.

Newsbank provides news articles from more than 500 U.S. regional and national newspapers and wire services

This largely full-text database provides access to thousands of current periodicals and newspapers, many dating back to 1986.

This database provides detailed information on more than 12 million U.S. businesses, 120 million U.S. residents, 650,000 U.S. health care providers and 1.3 million Canadian businesses.
